Estimated contract award schedule: 1 / a, in August 2018 September 2022, according to budget allocations.1.

The manner of fulfillment by which the fulfillment of the requirement can be demonstrated:

The DUAE will be filled in by the economic operators participating in the award procedure• The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of the assumed ones by completing the DUAE are to be submitted, at the request of the contracting authority, only by the tenderer ranked on the 1st rank in the interim ranking made when the evaluation of the bids is completed. :

(2), art. 167 par. (2), art. 171 of Law 98/2016 on Public Procurement;4) other editing documents, as the case may be.

Requirement no. 2.

Non-compliance with the situations provided in art. 60 of Law no. 98 / 2016.

The contracting entity shall exclude from the award procedure any bidder who is in any of the situations referred to in art. 60 of Law no. 98 / 2016.

The persons holding decision-making positions within the contracting entity, in respect ofthe following are the following:

The economic operators submitting the tender must prove a form of registration under the law of the country of residence, from which to liveso the tenderer has in the field of activity the activities that are the object of the present contract (CAEN Codes).

The way to prove the fulfillment of the requirement: It will be completed by the operators involved in the procedure with the information related to their situation. proving the fulfillment of the assumed by completing the DUAE is to be presented, at the request of the contracting entity, only by the first ranked bidder.

Documentary evidence:

1) For Romanian / foreign legal persons: Certificate issued by the Trade Registry Office / operating authorization / other equivalent documents, showing that the tenderer has in the field of activity the activities covered by the present contract (CAEN Codes). Through-the tenderer assumes responsibility for the fact that the information contained in the submitted document is valid / real on the date of presentation of the document; 2) For Romanian / foreign natural persons: submission of documents proving a registration / attestation form or belonging to from a professional point of view, from which the tenderer appears to have a domicile(CAEN codes)

By submitting the documents, the tenderer assumes responsibility for the fact that the information contained in the submitted document is valid / actual on the date of presentation of the document

The way of ranking the first-ranked offers with equal prices: If it is found that the first-rank admissible tenders have equal prices, the contracting entity will ask for re-listing in SEAP, in order to divide the bids. Any participating economic operator will prove the quality of his legal representative on the basis of a document attesting to that quality (eg: act-constitutive statement, extract / certificate issued by the Trade Registry or other evidence issued by a competent authority). If the offer and the qualification documents are signed by a person other than the legal representative, in addition to the above-mentioned documents attesting the quality of legal representative, a special power of attorney / power of attorney will be given by the legal representativefor that person, in the original. In case of association, the requirement must be fulfilled by each associate.

Terms of performance and payment of the contract: the deadline for payment of the invoices is maximum 30 days from the date of receipt, on the basis of supporting documents; the percentage of delay penalties is 0.02% / day of the value of non-timed commitments.
