the present consultation with the award d'un single awarded framework agreement with a fixed annual maximum is 400 000 EURHT.

The purpose of this framework agreement is to provide an acoustic pre-localization system for stationary leaks in certain predefined sectors of the Drinking Water Network of the Regie des Eaux Gessiennes.
It includes:
- the supply of acoustic correlator prelocators equipped with adata transmission system via the mobile telephone network,
- the configuration of the devices and the installation of multi-operator SIM cards for communications,
- assistance in the study of the installation plan of the devices predefined by the Regie des Gessian Waters in order to obtain an optimal functioning of the whole,
- the implementation of a software solution of supervision permethe transfer of data transmitted by the sensors and their exploitation,
- the training of personnel for the use of hardware and software,
- the after-sales service and guarantee requests for the material,
- the cost of subscriptions necessary for different communications between noise listening devices and data processing software,
- the cost of subscribersts needed to access the webaccess portal or software license,
- the cost of replacing the batteries (supply, logistics ... out of disposal of devices),
- the cost of updates, maintenance and calibration of The framework agreement will be executed by purchase orders issued by the Gessian Water Board as and when the need arises.
