Based on the contract, design and assistance services will be provided the technique of the designer for drawing "S.F. MP realization of 6 classrooms in modular educational spaces, including utilities, on the site of the General School no. 7, p. - from Brad no. 2 ", unique identification code: 14756536-2018-PAAPD 1029797, as required by the Design theme and Conceptual Note, as per updated HG 907/2016 The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requestsclarification / additional information 10 days before the deadline set for the submission of tenders, provided the applications are addressed at least 15 days before the deadline set for the submission of tenders. Clarifications submitted after this deadline will no longer be considered.

Based on the contract, services will be provided for the elaboration of the technical-economic documentation for drawing up "S.F. MP realization of 6 classrooms in modular educational spaces, including utilities, on the site of the General School no. 7, p. - from Brad no. 2 ", Unique Identification Code: 14756536-2018-PAAPD 1029797, respectively:

(a) Elaboration Feasibility Study,

(b)-Elaboration: Project for authorizing the execution of the works Project for organizing the execution of the works, including obtaining the Construction Authorization PT DE CS SSM Plan Witness Survey,

(c) Specialist assistance from the designer, as expert coopted during the period of the works acquisition and during the period the execution of the construction works according to the requirementsincluded in the awarding documentation.

Timisoara shall exclude at any time of the award of the service contract any economic operator who is in one of the situations provided in art. 60, 164, 165 and 167 of Public Procurement Law 98/2016.

Exclusion reasons will also apply to supporters / subcontractors / third parties, as appropriate.

Mode of accomplishment:

Under the sanction of rejection of the offer as unacceptable, each economic operator participating in the awarding procedure (tenderer, associated tenderer, subcontractor, third party, as the case may be) will present with the offer the DUAE completed with information related to their situation.

You will be presented both the declaration on your own responsibility regarding the non-compliance with the provisions of art. 60-of Law no. 98/2016 as well as, if necessary, the firm's firm commitment of the third party, accompanied by documents showing the effective manner in which its support, the subcontracting agreement and / or the association agreement will materialize.

The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of the assumed by completing the DUAE are to be submitted, only at the request of the contracting authorityante, by the bidder on the first place after the application of the award criterion on the admissible tenders.

The supporting documents may be:

1) ascertaining certificates regarding the lack of debts, regarding the payment of taxes, duties or contributions to the consolidated general budget (local budget, state budget, etc.) at the moment of the presentation;

2) the criminal record of the economic operator and of the-members of the administrative, management or supervisory body of the respective economic operator or of those who have the power of representation, decision or control within it, as it results from the certifying certificate issued by the ONRC / constitutive act, 3) as the case may be, documents demonstrating that the economic operator may benefit from the derogations provided for in art. 166 par. (2), art. 167 par. (2), art. 171 of the Public Procurement Law 98/2016

4) other editing documents, as the case may be
