Acquisition by investment: Defibrillator; Fluid heating apparatus; Centrifuge; Wet development; ophthalmoscope; Consultation lamp; Washing and disinfecting washer and urine; Operating Table; LED fuse light.
Participation guarantee (GP): according to CS and Annex B of the data sheet; Period of validity. The manner by which the fulfillment of the requirement can be demonstrated:
a) The bidders willleave with information related to their situation in the DUAE file, published by the contracting authority in the Awarding Documentation (via the address: https://ec.europa.eu/growth/toolsdatabases/espd/filter), and then submit it to SEAP signed, stamped, scanned in .pdf format with extended electronic signature according to HG 395/2016;
1. The economic operators submitting the tender mustto prove that the economic operator is legally constituted, that he is not in any of the situations of cancellation of the establishment and that he has the professional capacity to carry out the activities that do object of the contract.
Way by which the fulfillment of the requirement can be demonstrated: it will be completed-DUAE by the economic operators participating in the award procedure with the information related to their situation. The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of the undertaken by completing the DUAE are to be submitted only at the request of the contracting authority, only by the bidders placed on the first 3 places at the completion of the evaluation of the tenders.
These documents may be:issued by the ONRC, or in the case of foreign tenderers, equivalent documents issued in the country of residence.
The information in the certificate of attorney must be actual / current on the date of its submission.
The requirement applies also to subcontractors and / or third supporters supplementing the information related to their situation at the level of a distinct DUAE.
