The subject of the order is a service including: Digitalization of PZGiK documents, creation of BDOT500 and GESUT databases and carrying out activities harmonizing data sets of the Grudziądz poviat .The order includes 8 units of registration (2 cities and 6 The order covers the area of the entire Grudziądz poviat - 0406the end and terms of order execution are specified in Annex No. 6 and Annex No. 7 to the ToR. The exclusion of the Contractor will be based on the lack of demonstration of existing grounds for exclusion indicated in the statement under art. 25a para. 1 of the PZP Act submitted in the form of a single document, based on the premises specified in art. 24 sec. 1 of the Public Procurement Law.

1. articlem General orders are:

1) digitalization of documents indicated by the Ordering Party in order to make them available through means of electronic communication, including using public spatial information e-services and for their use for further works covered by TS as source data; 2) developing and supplementing and adapting topographical data to the conceptual one-the BDOT500 data model specified in the BDOT500 for the entire Grudziądz poviat, using for this purpose available photogrammetric materials and source documents collected in PODGiK as well as obtained from outside PODGiK;

3) developing and supplementing and adjusting the data on the utility network to the conceptual GESUT data model specified in the Resolution no. GESUT for the entire poviat of the grusing photogrammetric materials and source documents collected in PODGiK and obtained from outside PODGiK and conducting arrangements with entities operating utilities networks;

4) implementing activities harmonizing data sets BDOT500 and GESUT and other data sets operating in the area of the Grudziądz poviat at BDPZGiK, in order to get

The subject of the order is a service including: Digitalization of PZGiK documents, creation of BDOT500 and GESUT databases and carrying out activities harmonizing data sets of the Grudziądz poviat. The order includes 8 registration units (2 cities and 6 municipalities). The Employer allows the Contractor to become acquainted with the status of analogue and data documentscollected in the poviat geodesic and cartographic resources in the seat of the Poviat Starosty in Grudziądz during office hours. The order covers the area of the entire Grudziądz poviat - 0406. The detailed scope and terms of the order's execution are specified in Annex No. 6 and Annex No. 7 to the ToR.

Conditions relating to participation in the procedure and grounds for exclusion from the proceedings, andalso documents and statements required by the Ordering Party are described in the ToR. The list of statements or documents confirming the fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the proceedings and the lack of grounds for exclusion are included in the SIWZ. The description of how the offer was prepared was specified in the ToR. The Awarding Entity does not provide for the awarding of contracts in the mode specified in art. 67 section 1 point 6 of the Public Procurement Law.

The ordering party does not approxthe condition of participation in proceedings in the scope of competences or powers in the present proceedings due to the lack of regulations requiring their possession. - The Contractor will meet the condition if he proves that he is insured against civil liability in the scope of business related to the subject of the order for a guarantee sum not less than: PLN 1, 000, 000.00 (in words: one million zlotysch 00/100). In the case of Contractors jointly applying for the award of the contract, the conditions for participation in the procedure should be fulfilled by one Contractor or all Contractors jointly. Documents confirming the fulfillment of conditions: documents confirming that the Contractor is insured against civil liability in respect of the business related to the subject of the order for the sum of guaranteesgiven by the Employer.

Information clause in art. 13 GROUND

According to art. 13 para. 1 and 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27.4.2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC (General data protection) (Official Journal L 119-from 04.05.2016, page 1), further on "RODO", I inform that:

1) the administrator of your personal data is the Starost of Grudziądzki, 1 Malomłyńska St., 86-300 Grudziądz.

2) the personal data protection inspector in The district of Grudziądz is Mr. Dawid Banasiak - dawid.banasiak@powiatgrudziadzki.pl.

3) Your personal data will be processed under Article 6 (1) (c) of the GDPR for the purpose of the proceedingsfor granting a public order, Digitization of PZGiK documents, creation of BDOT500 and GESUT databases and carrying out activities harmonizing data sets of the Grudziądz poviat realized within the project "Infostrada Kujaw and Pomorze 2.0" issue No. PR.272.1.3.2018 conducted under the unlimited tender procedure.

4) recipients of your data personal persons will be a person or an agentyou, who will be provided with the documentation of the proceedings based on art. 8 and art. 96 para. 3 Public Procurement Laws

5) Your personal data will be kept for the period necessary to achieve the objectives set out in item 3, and after that for the period required by the generally applicable law, including provisions regarding the implementation of projects co-financed from ERDF funds under Regioof the Operational Program of the Voivodship Kuj-Pom. for the years 2014-2020.

6) the obligation to provide your personal data directly to you is a statutory requirement set out in the provisions of the Public Procurement Law, related to participation in the public procurement procedure; the consequences of failure to provide specified data result from the PPL,

7) in relation to your personal datadecisions will not be taken in an automated manner, the application to Article 22 RODO;

8) you have: a) on the basis of art. 15 RODO the right of access to your personal data concerning;

b) pursuant to art. 16 RODO right to rectify your personal data **;

c) pursuant to art. 18 RODO the right to request the administrator to restrict the processing of personal data with reservationcases referred to in art. 18 para. 2 RODO ***;

d) the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, if you decide that the processing of personal data concerning you violates the provisions of the GDPR;

9) you are not entitled to / Mru:

a) in connection with art. 17 sec. 3 lit. b, d or e RODO right to delete personal data;

b) right to transfer personal data referred to-in art 20 RODO;

c) pursuant to art. 21 RODO right to object to the processing of personal data, as the legal basis for the processing of your personal data is art. 6 par. 1 lit. c RODO.

* Explanation: information in this respect is required if there is an obligation to designate a personal data protection officer with respect to a particular controller or processor.shining: exercising the right of rectification must not result in a change in the outcome of the public procurement procedure or change of the contract provisions to the extent incompatible with the Public Procurement Law and may not violate the integrity of the protocol and its annexes. *** Explanation: the right to limit processing does not apply regarding storage, to ensure use-legal protection measures or to protect the rights of another natural or legal person, or for important reasons of public interest of the European Union or a Member State. - The Contractor is obliged to submit a bid bond before the deadline for submission of bids in the amount of PLN 25, 000.00 (say: twenty five thousand zlotys 00/100).
