The contracting authority would like tenders for the procurement (SSA-K) and maintenance (SSA-V) of Net ID Enterprise and Buypass Access Manager licences, as well as the procurement of qualified certificates (PKI level 4). Tenders are also wanted for an option for the procurement of Net ID Connect licences, as well as maintenance of existing Net ID Connect licences and any additional procurements.
The contracting authority would like tenders for the procurement (SSA-K) and maintenance (SSA-V) of Net ID Enterprise and Buypass Access Manager licences, as well as the procurement of qualified certificates (PKI level 4). Tenders are also wanted for an option for the procurement of Net ID Connect licences, as well as maintenance of existing Net ID Connect licences and any additional procurements.
Net ID Enterprise is the software that the contracting authority uses to authenticate the contracting authority's users with smartcards.
Buypass Access Manager is the software the the contracting authority uses to issue smartcards to its users.
Net-ID Connect
The qualified certificates must be issued via the software Buypass Access Manager and they must fulfil the requirements set in the eSignature Act, with the accompanying regulations (regulations on qualified certiifcates) and PersonH0yt in the public sector. When eIDAS comes into force in Norway (estimated to be before the end of the year), it will be more correct to say qualified certificates for electronic signatures in accordance with eIDAS. The qualified certificates must meet the requirements for eIDAS.
