Multiple PKIs are used within the RDW, the majority of which are offline. All our PKIs run on EJBCA software. Currently the offline appliances of the RDW are full and the RDE wants to install the following PKIs on new appliances. It`s alrightmostly for very specific PKIs. The current PKIs are used for eDL on the driving license, eVRD on the license plate card, eID on the driving license card and EAC PKIs for eID.

The following commands can be given under the scope of this assignment:
1) purchase of PKI appliances including an unlimited issue of certificates;
2) four (4) years of maintenance and support on the aPurchased PKI appliances;
3) Training of RDW employees for the PKI appliance (optional).
During the term of the agreement, the RDW can issue similar assignments, either in whole or in part, to the supplier who is awarded this assignment. However, the RDW is not obliged to do this.
If the grounds for exclusion as defined in the Public Procurement Act applyon a tenderer, this tenderer is excluded from participation in this tender. The Tenderer declares that none of the grounds for exclusion listed in the UEA apply to him by signing the UEA and completing the appropriate fields.n Provide the tenderer who is eligible for the award with the supporting documents belonging to the UEA no later than one (1) week after the date of the written request thereto of the contracting authority. The only exception to this are the references; these must be added to the registration.
