The Region Capital's contract for operation, support, surveillance, maintenance and further development of the Region's telephony infrastructure is re-offered. The tender is executed as a negotiated procedure under the Public Procurement Act, which means that any economic operator may apply to participate in the tender but only apply as a contracting entity.Orders for this may make an offer. (by a pre-qualification - pre-qualified applicants). The offer relates to a public contract, which is offered as subcontract 1 and subcontract 2.

Main Site: Within the geographic area of the Capital Region.

The offered subcontract 1 with related services includes:

Operational services operation, support, overhaul, maintenance and further development of the region's tTelephony infrastructure services primarily based on Cisco and Verint technology in a large part of the region's locations. Infrastructure services also include video telephony and contact center services.

Operating service must be available 24/7 - 365.

The region's Cisco telephony is used by approx. 16, 000 users and includes the following elements:

- Cisco telephony and contact center infrastructure,

- Cisco video infrastructurektur



Verint voice recording,

Wallboardl0sning,

- PeterConnect integration to persons0ger system.

Tenderer must be able to be present on-site at any of the Ordregiver's locations within the region's geographic area.

Tenderer must use his own Management systems as prime systems. Ordregiver systems function as additional systems, as these are used as kTenderers must use Ordregiver's IT Service Management System (Based on Service Now) and the Tenderer allows a number of user licenses to do so.

Tenderers' customer-oriented employees and regular participants must be able to master Danish in writing and speaking, but it is accepted that, that specialists communicate in English in writing and speaking.

Part 1 includes one-transfer phase, which is expected to run from contract signature and 5 months forward. There are no business transfers or obligations to take over employees.

The voluntary grounds for exclusion apply, cf. section 137 (1) of the Public Procurement Act. 1 No. 1-7.

Enterprises who wish to participate in the procurement process must first request participation in the execution of a qualification.

It is expected that for each offered subcontract, up to 2 rounds of negotiations will be held. Orderhowever, reserves the right to hold further negotiation rounds, including the preparation of additional or revised offers and revised tender documents.

Participants will not receive consideration for participation in the negotiations as well as the bidder's costs associated with making a negotiated offer or final offer is the Contractor.
