The contracting authority imposes the transmission of the application in the form of forms DC1 and DC2 but accepts that the candidate submits his application in the form of a Single European Market Document (DUME). It is reminded that an insurer (company or mutual) cannot present several offers through multiple intermediaries a general agent or broker may not be the holder of the contract. This open invitation to tender issubject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2, R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the public procurement code. For the intermediary, in addition to documents sent by companies, mutuals and insurance organizations: information concerning the legal situation of the company:

The services are proven by certificates from the addressee or, failing this, by a declaration by the economic operator. In accordance witharticle R. 2143-14 of the public procurement code, candidates are not required to provide the documents and information mentioned above, already sent to the city of Antibes as part of a previous consultation and which remain valid . No transmission by paper or electronic physical medium (Cd-Rom / Dvd-Rom / Usb key) is authorized for this consultation except for:
