Insurance service by concluding insurance Property and Rail Vehicles for the needs of-BDZ - Passenger Transports Ltd. for a period of 5 years, divided into 3 (three) lots, as follows:

Main Site: Compensation is subject to damages as a result of insurance events occurring on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria

Provision of Property Insurance "for tangible fixed assets owned by" BDZ - Passenger Transport "Ltd. according to the technical specificationo Lot No. 1 of the Contracting Authority to the documentation for participation. Indicative information about the objects subject to insurance under this type of insurance is contained in the document "Statement of Asset Value as at 31.3.2018 for property insurance under Lot No 1" of the documentation for participation

The participant must hold a valid license (s) to perform insurance business on terof the Republic of Bulgaria issued by the Financial Supervision Commission or other competent body under the terms and conditions of the Insurance Code or an equivalent document under the law of the Member State in which it is established in the particular item (s) it submits offer as follows:

- by Lot 1 - license (s) for Fire and Natural Disaster Insurance"and" Property Damage ",

- by lot number 2 - license for Rail Vehicles Insurance,

- by lot 3 - license for Rail Vehicles Insurance

When submitting the offer, the participants declare in field "Entry in the relevant professional register" of Section A "Fitness" in Part IV "Selection Criteria" of the Single European Procurement Document (EEDOP)its compliance with the selection criterion under item 1, expressly mentioning the number and date of issuance of the license, web address, authority or service issuing the document, the exact reference of the document

Proof:

The proof under item 1 in the form of a certified copy of a valid license (s) for carrying out insurance activity on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria for the respective differentiated position (s)Pound no. 1 - license for insurances "Fire and natural disasters" and "Property damage"; for the lot 2 and 3 - license for Rail Vehicles Insurance issued by the Financial Supervision Commission or other competent body under the terms and procedure of the Insurance Code or an equivalent document according to the legislation of the Member State, in which it is established, -shall be submitted by the participant upon request in the course of the procedure and prior to the conclusion of a contract by the designated contractor under Art. 67, para. 5 and 6 of the Public Procurement Act. For lots 1 and 3: - the participant has achieved a minimum total turnover, calculated on the basis of annual turnover, for the last 3 financial years ended (2015, 2016 and 2017), depending on the date on which participant(No 1 and / or No 3) - For lot 2: The participant has achieved a minimum total turnover including a minimum turnover in the scope of the order on lot 2, calculated on the basis of annual turnover, for the last 3 financial years ended (2015, 2016 and 2017), depending on the date, to which the participant is established or has commenced its activity.

* Turnover within the scope of the contract under lot 2 shall be the turnover realized by the insurance services of Rail vehicles (insurance of rolling stock composition of passenger or freight rail transport, metro or tramway transport, and rolling stock, servicingor according to -2, items 66 and 67 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Public Procurement Act, "annual total turnover" is the sum of the net sales revenue "and" turnover in the scope covered by the contract "is an amount equal to the part of the net sales revenue realized by activities covered by the public procurement contract. "

When submitting the tender, the participants declare-in the "Annual Turnover" and "Specific Annual Turnover" fields of Section B "Economic and Financial Condition" in Part IV "Selection Criteria" of the Single European Procurement Document (EEDOP), the compliance with the selection criterion under point 1, completing the annual turnover during the previous 3 completed financial years

Demonstration:

Evidence of the economic and financial situation ofArt. 62, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act, declared in EEDOP for the total turnover (for lots 1, 2 and 3) and for the turnover in the scope of the contract (for lot 2) for the last 3 completed financial years / 2015 2016 and 2017, depending on the date on which the participant was established or started its activity, shall be submitted by the participant upon request in the course of the procedure and-prior to the conclusion of a contract by the designated contractor under Art. 67, para. 5 and 6 of the PPA. According to Art. 62, para. 2 of the Public Procurement Act, if for good reason the participant is not able to submit the documents requested by the contracting authority, he can prove his economic and financial status with any other document the contracting authority considers appropriate.The contracting authority requires joint and several liability for the execution of the contract by the participant and the third party whose capacity is used to demonstrate compliance with the criteria related to the selection process. with the economic and financial situation (Article 65 (6) of the PPA)and from Section III.1.4 "Objective Rules and Criteria for Participation" - violations under Article 61, Paragraph 1, Article 62, Paragraphs 1 or 3, Article 63, Paragraphs 1 or 2, Article 228, Paragraph 3 of the Labor Code (Article 54 (1) (6) of the Public Procurement Act), violations under Article 13 (1) of the Labor Migration and Labor Mobility Act in force on 23 May 2018 (Article 54 (1) (6) of the PPA), - existence of connectivity within the meaning of paragraph 2, item 44 of the Supplementary Provision to the Public Procurement Act-between candidates / participants in a specific procedure (Article 107 (4) of the PPA); related parties participating in the same lot will be removed from the procedure, - presence of circumstance under Art. 3, item 8 of the Economic and Financial Relations Act with the companies registered in preferential tax jurisdictions, the persons controlled by them and their actual ownersitems,

1. When submitting the tender, the participant declares the absence of the grounds for elimination and the compliance with the selection criteria by submitting EEDOP separately for each lot item for which he participates, in electronic form (eEEDOP) according to the template - Annex No. 1 of the documentation for participation.
