Dairy communication program in the framework of the European Commission`s white paper - Selection of a communication / PR agency

CNIEL organizes a competition for the selection of a communication / PR agency, to implement a communication program in response to the EUC call for 2020 for European co-financing (prosimple program) on a campaign for dairy products as part of the promotion of healthy eating and the fight against sedentaritis in a European approach to the prevention of overweight, obesity and chronic diseases.

Tranche firm to achieve for 20.3.2020: the agency selected will have to accompany the CNIEL in the editing of the folderr Candidate in response to the European Commission Call for 2020.

Conditional phase: Candidates must provide an offer including strategic reflection and action plan including several communication tools and taking into account the elements of the brief provided.

- form DC1 and DC2 duly completed, dates and signs or the Single European Market Document (DUME),

-the extract of the accounts (tax reports) for the last 3 financial years and, where applicable, the turnover of the area of activity covered by the contract, covering the last 3 financial years available,

- list of services similar provided in the last 3 years. The candidate will indicate the amount, the date and the name of the public or private customer in the respect of the obligations epossible confidentiality. In case of application in the form of a group, the candidate specifies the form of the group [joint or several, being specified that only a solidarity group can be awarded the contract (see art.10 below)], designates the representative of the grouping and produces the warrant authorizing the agent to validly bind the group,

- proof of insurance poccupational hazards, - a statement indicating the candidate`s average annual manpower and the number of supervisory staff for each of the last three years, - a description of the applicant`s material and human resources justifying his ability to perform the services asked.

This notice of operation cancels the notice of pre-information (Prior-notice) published on 29.10.2019reference n 2019-151415.
