Design and implementation of sound and light shows

Design and implementation of sound and light shows. The services are divided into 2 sections:

The City of Beziers wishes to renew for its summer season 2020. The projection of a sound and read showmiere in order to offer the general public a major tourist event.

Firm segment: this general public show intended for the inhabitants of the agglomeration but also for the many tourists present in the region at this time of the year, will take place on the Place de l'eglise de la Madeleine, emblematic site of the heart of the city. To create a panoramic effect and give a higher dimension tothe event, the images and special effects will be projected on the facade of the Madeleine church as well as on the facades of neighboring buildings that do not belong to the City. The title of the show will be. In connection with the sound and light show, an exhibition on the theme in the Mairan school, 13 rue Guibal must be organized by the service provider.

Optional phase 1: for the 3 yearconsecutive, the City of Beziers plans to offer the general public an artistic creation in the form of a sound and light show during Christmas festivities. The visual and sound scenography must honor the Christmas theme: nursery, gifts, Santa Claus, sparkles and magical effects.

In the event of a group application, the entire application file indicates this rubrique is to be provided by each member of the grouping.

The duration of the contract start:

- for the firm phase: from the date of notification of the contract for the design phase and from the date fixed by the service order prescribing to start the execution of the services for the realization phase,

- for the optional tranches, from the date fixed by the service order prwriting to start the execution of the services of the tranche.

The execution time of each tranche is fixed as follows:

- firm tranche: approximately 8 weeks, from 3.7.2020 to 23.8.2020:

—— date of assembly : from 29.6.2020,

—— date of dismantling: 24.8.2020,

- optional part 1: approximately 2 weeks during Christmas holidays:

—— date of assembly: the day before the first performance,

—— date dismantling: the evening of the last performance or at the latest the following day.
