Lot 5.2 includes 2 complete Equipped redundant slag grape, consisting essentially of:

- Secondary slag crane, fully equipped with KraSuspension and Hoist,

- A crane runway with standard crane rails and buffers for both slag cramps,

- 3 identical, hydraulically driven clamshell grapples, 1 as spare gripper,

- Complete electrical equipment, including control cabinets, engine covers, junction box, power supply chain, actuators and complete instrumentation,

- Autonomous control per crane,

- Dust barriere over the entire length of the slag bunker below the crane runway.

Required are all the necessary details and proof of suitability criteria as well as the general conditions of participation. The minimum required documents listed below must be submitted together with the offer and are considered part of the offer:

For suitability criterion 1:

- Information on 2 Refer- For the purpose of eligibility criterion 2:

- the average annual turnover in paragraph 3.2 of form D01 "Information provided by the supplier", - the promise of a bank or insurance company for the position the required deposit, performance and warranty guarantees according to the templates DA06, DA07 and DA08 for theeses project,

- Proof of the insurance coverage of the supplier based on the template in supplement DA09,

- Assurance of participation in the client`s building site insurance in Section 3.2 of Form D01 "Provider information",

- Business report (latest available version) Eligibility criterion 3:

- filling in of item 3.3 of form D01 "Information provided by the supplier", - - Legal subparCertification of self-declaration in Supplement D02,

- At least required evidence as listed in Supplement D03.

For suitability criterion 4:

- Completion of paragraph 3.4 of Form D01 "Information of the supplier".

Partial offers are not permitted.

Conditions for not WTO -Countries: Existence of a reciprocal agreement.

Business Conditions: For the present VeThe provisions of this document and the applicable legislation apply. The terms and conditions shall also apply, as provided in the attached draft contract, parts A to D. Any general terms and conditions of the supplier shall not apply. In the case of the contract, a contract of work will be concluded between the contractor and the client based on the present tenderclosed. By submitting an offer, the provider declares that he agrees with the draft of the work contract (Parts A-D) in the tender documents. Net offers have to be submitted. Discounts are listed in the offer. Only offers in Swiss francs will be admitted to the procedure. Nightly adjustments to the works price due to exchange rate fluctuationsn are not allowed. Remediation: The present invitation to tender with the tender documents can be submitted within 10 days after publication by appeal to the cantonal administrationAppeal Court, Amtshaus 1, 4502 Solothurn, in writing. The complaint must be filed in duplicate; it must include an application, facts and evidence, a statement of reasons and a signature; Tangible evidence must be enclosed. It is exclusively Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Solothurn.
