- pursuant to article 62 -2 of the AR of 18.4.2017, the Belgian tenderer is not obligedadd an ONSS certificate to his offer. The contracting authority will inquire itself,

By Royal Decree of 18 April 2017, the candidate or tenderer shall attach to his application for participation or to his tender, as the case may be, a certificate from which he is satisfied that he is in compliance with his tax obligations in accordance with the provisions of of the country where it is established. - pursuant to art. 63 -2 of the AR of 18.4.2017, the Belgian tenderer is not obliged to add a certificate from which it results that it is in compliance with its tax obligations. The contracting authority will inform itself, - the DUME, whereby theare not in any of the exclusion situations referred to in Articles 67 to 69 of the Law of 17.6.2016.

The DUME, whereby the tenderer declares that he satisfies the following selection criteria:

1 ) Only for lot 1: a statement concerning the overall turnover of the undertaking and the turnover of the area of activity covered by the contract, relating to thethe last 3 financial years available according to the date of the creation of the business or the beginning of the economic operator's activities, to the extent that information on these sales figures is available;

2) Only for lot 2 : a statement concerning the overall turnover of the undertaking and the turnover of the area of activity covered by the contract, over the last 3 financial years available according to the date of the company's creation or the beginning of the economic operator's activities, to the extent that information on these sales figures is available.
