Supply of cardboard boxes for the needs of La Poste Group

The purpose of the contract is to supply cardboard boxes for the needs of the La Poste Group.

The purpose of the contract is the supply of cardboard boxes for the needs of the La Poste Group.

The delivery of the products will be carried out by the service provider at the postal sites located in the French territory.in the technical and logistic conditions described in the specifications for the market.

Estimated annual quantities are 200 000 cardboard boxes.

The candidate will deliver on the Provigis platform (https: // www. provigis.com/), the documents indicate below:

1) an excerpt K-bis or equivalence;

2) if it is in receivership, the copy of o(3) a duly dated statement signed in writing on behalf of the supplier to prove that it does not fall into any of the cases mentioned in 1 and a and c of section 45 of section 4; Order n 2015-899;

4) Certificates issued by the competent administrations and bodies certifying that the candidate is not in a case of prohibition to tender.not in 2 of article 45 of order n 2015-899, that is to say:

- a certificate of vigilance issued by the URSSAF,

Economic and financial capacity:

A) Turnover: the candidate must justify an annual turnover excluding tax higher or equal to 850 000 EUR for each of the last 3Fiscal sustainability:
