Purchase of conveyor belts for replacements and repairs - La Poste sites

Supplies of conveyor belts for replacements and repairs on La Poste's mail and parcels sites, around 34 sites. The tapes can be supplied by La Poste on its stock or by the supplier.

Acquisition of tapes for replacements and repairs of convoy linesage for the mail and parcels sites La Poste of the Nord-Ouest region in France.

The candidate will deliver, on the platform Provigis (https://www.provigis.com/), the documents indicated below:

(1) a K-bis or equivalence extract; (2) if it is in receivership, a copy of the judgment (s) pronounced; (3) a duly dated statement signed in writing on behalf of the supplier, forhe does not enter into any of the cases referred to in Article 45 (4) (1) (a) and (c) of Order No 2015-899; (4) the certificates issued by the competent authorities and bodies attesting that the candidate is not in a banning case referred to in Article 45 (2) of Order No. 2015-899, ie: - a certificate of vigilance issued by the URSSAF,

- a tax certificate justifying the regularity of its tax situation (payment of VAT, corporation tax or income tax),

- a certificate attesting to the legality of its situation at the (5) where applicable, the list of names of foreign employees employed by the candidate and subject to the authorization of thework mentioned in Article L. 5221-2 of the Labor Code, specifying for each employee, in accordance with Article D. 8254-2 of the Labor Code, his date of hiring, his nationality as well as the type and Order number of the title validating work permit. Candidates established abroad provide the documents provided for in articles D. 8222-7 and D. 8254-3 of the Labor Code;

6) the case echeanthe documents provided for in Article R. 1263-12 of the Labor Code in the event of the posting of employees.

- Financial sustainability (20% weighted criterion). For each lot, the candidate will provide the following data, for the last 3 years, that is 2018, 2017, 2016: equity, long-term debt, financial debts, cash on hand, fixed assets, inventory, receivables, debts suppliers, tax and social security debts, other operating debts, other purchases and external charges, turnover.

In support of its declaration, the applicant will provide tax statements (CERFA bundles), or equivalent documents, for relevant years, 2018, 2017, 2016.

Financial sustainability will be assessed on the basis of the above information.see section III.1.1) must be submitted on the Provigis platform (https://www.provigis.com/).The request to participate together with the information and documents requested in sections III.1.2 and III.1.3) (on an information questionnaire or in free format) must be submitted on the supplier portal (https://e-sourcing.extra.laposte.fr/web/login.html).All documents requested fromIII.1.1) to III.1.3) must be submitted before the date and time limit mentioned in section IV.2.2).

The candidate wishing to answer via the DUME will submit it in pdf format and in xml format in a ZIP .

All documents that can not be scanned are returned by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt or filed against recepisse the address of the contact point before memy deadlines and dates.

In accordance with the provisions of Article 53 of Decree No. 2016-360 of 25.3.2016, the candidate is not required to provide the documents and information requested in this notice that may be obtained via an electronic system for the provision of information administered by an official body or a free digital storage spaceby the Post Office and its subsidiaries.
