The City of Helsinki City Traffic Structure (HKL) acquires traffic light devices for the crossroads of light-controlled intersections in the City of Helsinki (and the building block). A contract is awarded to the supplier for the delivery of the benefits for four (4) yearsbetween 2018 and 2022. The acquisition of the benefits of the benefits of maeaerae is 30 pcs / year, 120 pcs / Neljae (4) years (estimates).

The Helsinki City Commercial Traffic Authority (hereinafter referred to as the subscriber) will ask for your offer, including the delivery of traffic light signaling devices installed in intersections of light-guide intersections according to the call for tenders (distributor and beneficiary). The Taemae bidding applies to traffic lightthe benefits provided when subscribing to the subscriber's order to indicate the location. The unit price of the appliance shall be subject to all the functions required for the invitation to tender.

In the course of 2016, the reform of the flagship and information system of the co-ordinated system would allow all HSL bus and tram lines to come under the Traffic Light Benefits. The subsystem transformation enables traffic lightsthe extension of the new dimension to the wider area. Implementation of a benefit controlled by HSL's Traffic Reduction System requires a preferential access to each of the benefits of a crossing. The qualifying benefit instruments to be manufactured must be subject to the maheated requirements in the attached tender documents. Tenderers are required to sign the signed commitments, let them prepare the claimantsin accordance with the provisions of Inspections in accordance with the requirements of the specification are subject to delivery. HKL will only provide the protocols for the communication of the vehicle and the jumper for communication to the winning bidder. The benefit device must be in accordance with the Helsinki climate conditions and the installation conditions of the jumper. Implementation of the Benefits Manualthe wrong language must be in Finnish or English.

The delivery time for the benefit devices may not exceed eight (8) weeks for the delivery of 20 units. Over 20 devices crossing the device must be submitted within sixteen (16) weeks. The device is delivered to the place where the subscriber is present and the delivery is within the cost of the device.

The subscriber orders the installation, maintenance, and superiority of the preferential equipmentfrom the chosen supplier. The installation, maintenance and overhaul of the benefits are carried out by Urban City of Helsinki City Urban Technology at its own expense. The HKL does not implement the installation, maintenance and superstructure of the benefits.

Offer with attachments is factory in Finnish. The reports and certificates requested must be in Finnish.

Subcontractors' cafeteriais permissible, but the ropeway can be hypothetical with the subscriber in the front. The tender must indicate the suppliers who may be involved in the tender, subject to the same wage requirements as the tenderer. Subcontractors should be informed of the same tender specifications and explanations required by the tenderer. The supplier is responsible for the subcontractor's job as his own.
