Contract System (Contract Management Tool — CMT) for Sykehuspartner HF

The Contracting Authority aims to procure a contract management system for Sykehuspartner HF. Helse S0r-0st RHF will have an option to join the contract, but will be free to choose between taking up the option or making a separate procurement of a contract management system.
Contracts are currently managed as documents in the archive system Public360. There is relevant metadata that is stored in the contract database for Finance — this database has now been transferred to oracle Project Accounting (PA), a connection is wanted to this (see the options).
The overall aim is to establish a standardised and consolidated system for all of Sykehuspartner.
Contract management system — CMT — internet based on the tenderer's platform. The system must be an electronic off-the-shelf system. This means that it must be quick to get the system up and running, without major adaptations.
The Contracting Authority would like the tenderer to implement the system.
