Value of the framework agreement: between minimum 803 240 RON and maximum 927 140, 00 RON. Site: Headquarters of the contracting authority in Boulevardul Tomis nr.145, Constanta.

Supply "Incinerators" - framework agreement 24 months. Minimum quantity and maximum / acre quantityd-frame is found in the specification. The bidders, third parties (if applicable) and subcontractors (if applicable) should not be included in the situations provided for in Art. 164, 165, 167 and art. 60 of Law no. 98 / 2016.

The manner by which the fulfillment of the requirements of the situation can be demonstratedpersonal: DUAE will be filled in by the bidders, subcontractors, third parties, as appropriate, with the information related to their situation and specifying that the declaration according to art. 60 of Law no. 98/2016 (from the "Forms" section) will be completed and filed by all participants in the procedure with the submission of the DUAE.

The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of the assumedthe DUAE flight shall be presented, at the request of the contracting authority, only by the tenderer ranked 1st in the intermediate rankings drawn up at the completion of the evaluation of the bids.

(2), art. 171 of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement; 3) the judicial record of the economic operator and of each member of the management, management or supervisory body of the respective operator;onomic or those who have the power of representation, decision or control within it, as it results from the certifying certificate issued by the ONRC / the constitutive act.

The foreign legal / natural persons wishing to participate in the procedure will present any editorial documents, issued by the competent authorities of the country in which they are resident, to prove their fulfillmentthe outstanding tax and social security obligations at the time of their presentation. In the situation when two or more bidders placed on the first place have the same price, the contracting authority will request re-routing through SEAP and will require bidders in this situation to submitto make a new financial proposal in SEAP. The lowest bidder will be designated the winner and the framework agreement will be awarded to him, according to art. 138 para. (2) of GD no. 395/2016. If, after re-listing, the prices are on an equal basis, the contracting authority will request re-fermentation, according to the steps outlined above, until the tie can be poSibila.
