Realization of a Water and Sanitation Master Plan Study of the City of Cienfuegos, Cuba. State of play, criticism and precisions of certain elements of existing planning, preparation of missing elements, master plan at the scale of the city of Cienfuegos.

List and short description of the cConditions: Provision of the following documents:

- a duly completed application letter (form DC1), in which the candidate declares on the honor not to enter in any of the cases of prohibition of tender provided for in articles 45 and 48 of the order n 2015-899 of 23.7.2015 and in particular that it is in compliance with Articles L. 5212-1 to L. 5212-11 of the Labor Code concerning employment(i) workers with disabilities, - the applicant's declaration (form DC2) of the information required in respect of economic and financial, professional and technical capabilities, - any document relating to the power of the person entitled to commit the candidate.

- a statement concerning the overall turnover of the candidate and the turnover of the area of activitymarket, up to the last 3 years available depending on the date of creation of the company or the beginning of the economic operator's activity (to be indicated in box DC2),

- proof of insurance of the relevant professional risks and insurance covering its stakeholders in the context of assignments likely to be entrusted to them.To obtain any additional information that may be necessary during the course of their study, candidates must send a written request no later than 13 days before the deadline for receipt of tenders:

Recommendations:
