"Specialized consulting services for works / services in overhead power lines. 110-750 kV "for 87 384 hours of consulting, for a period of 48 months from the date of entry into force ofof the contract, for all the services included in the specifications.
Main Site: The place of providing consulting services, will usually be the contractor's headquarters. The services will also be provided on the ground whenever requested by the contracting entity.
C.N.T.E.E. Transelectrica S.A. initiates the purchase of the specialized consultancy service for works / services in the LEA110-750 kV considering that it must ensure the operation of SEN in safe and economical conditions and the development of the electric transmission network.
In this regard, the specialized consultancy service for works / services in the 110-750 kV LEA is required to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the transmission network, in all its components, the electric air lineshygiene and electrical stations in accordance with the parameters and indicators of electricity quality established by the National Energy Regulatory Authority ANRE, even under LEA conditions due to special meteorological phenomena, natural disasters etc., but also in the context in which at the moment is taking place within the CNTEE Transelectrica S.A. many projects for the development / modernization / refurbishment of the electric transmission system in its entirety, as well as maintenance actions of some electric power lines. 177, 178, 180 of Law no. 99/2016. Method of fulfillment: DUAE will be completed in complianceyou with art. 202 para. (1) of Law 99/2016. The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of the ones assumed by completing the DUAE will be presented, at the request of the contracting entity only by the tenderer ranked first in the intermediate ranking prepared at the end of the evaluation of the tenders and are:
- certificates confirming the lack of outstanding debts, regarding thepayment of taxes, taxes or contributions to the general consolidated budget (local budget, state budget, etc.) at the time of presentation,
- the criminal record of the economic operator and of the members of the administration, management or supervisory body of the respective economic operator or the to those who have power of representation, decision or control within it, as it turns outin the certifying certificate issued by the ONRC / the constitutive act,
- as the case may be, documents proving that the economic operator can benefit from the derogations provided in art. 179 para. (2), art. 180 paragraph (2), art. 184 of Law 99/2016 on public procurement,
- other supporting documents, as the case may be.
In the country of origin or the country where the bidder / ter is establishedthe sponsor / subcontractor does not issue documents of the nature provided for above or the respective documents do not cover all the situations provided in art. 177, 178 and 180, the contracting entity has the obligation to accept a declaration on its own responsibility or if in the respective country there are no legal provisions regarding the declaration on its own responsibility, an authentic statement given in frontof a notary, an administrative or judicial authority or a professional association that has competence in this regard. 73 according to Law 99/2016.
