The subject of the contract is related to the preparation of an investment project in the phase of a working project, construction and authoring during the construction of the External Inlet Water Supply from the Collectorroom "Sahrane" to the pumping reservoir V = 2 000 m of the Central Water Supply System - Kazanlak ", to the site" Distribution water supply system from the reservoir V = 11 000 m to the primary school 9, water supply system "Stara Zagora - second trunk diversion" and to the object " plumbing from the Danube Air Force - Stara Zagora.

Subject of the contract on Lot 1: Exteriorn water supply line from the Sahrane assembly room to the pumping reservoir V = 2000m3 of the Kazanlak central heating system consists of the following:

Activity 1: Development of a working investment project for the site. The following tasks are included in the activities:

1. review of the existing preliminary investment project, as well as other initial design data;

2. Development of the investment project in phase"Work" project on all parts contained in the conceptual design, as well as in other design parts necessary for the approval of the work design and the lawful commencement of construction;

3. related to the conformity assessment and approval of the investment project.

Activity 2: Execution of a builderinstallation works for the site in accordance with the scope and content of the investment project approved under the current legislation. Within the framework of the activity, the contractor performs all construction and related works in accordance with the scope and content of the investment project, which has been agreed and approved in the appropriate order. Also, the contractor must prepare within the contractand executive documentation in DWG format, which should include graphical objects, each with a unique identifier (id). An accompanying xlsx (Excel) file is prepared for each file in DWG format, which contains the descriptive information / characteristics of the objects in the DWG file with their unique identifiers entered. Linear objects (water mains) must be separated and describedand from axis to axis (node to node). The data in DWG are packaged (eg zip) together with descriptive information in xlsx format and provided to the contracting authority, recorded on disk or other electronic medium. All this in accordance with the general conditions for carrying out construction works in the Company.

Apart from the above, the contractor performs cadastral recording of the whole construction and provision in the respectiveGeodesy, cartography and cadastre data service according to Art. 54a, para. 2 of the Cadastre and Property Register Act. In addition, within the framework of the contract, the contractor performs all necessary samples and tests during the execution of the construction works until the completion of the project and its submission to the Contracting Authority, as well as samples after completion.Construction works. When executing the contract, the contractor performs the functions of copyright supervision during the execution of the construction works within the meaning of the applicable legislation in force, including:

• changes in the approved investment project, in accordance with Art. 154 of the Spatial Planning Act / if necessary;

• explanations of the design decisions / if necessary /;

• participation in the drafting of acts and protocols during construction;

• Participation in regular meetings organized by the Construction Supervision with the participants in the construction process;

• Preparation of orders in the Order Book;

• Participation in state admission committees.

This first position includes the following:
