The subject of the public procurement includes the implementation of design and construction activities the sites "Reconstruction and completion of water supply and sewerage networks in Silistra", "Reconstruction and completion of water supply and sewerage networks in the village of Aydemir "and" Reconstruction and completion of water supply and sewerage networks in the village of Kalipetrovo ". The overall performance of the activities of the scope of the contract and the subject matter of the respective contract under each lot is subordinated to "Contractual conditions for technological equipment and design - construction for electrical and mechanical installation works and for construction and engineering sites designed by the contractor" ( FIDIC - yellow bookha).

The subject of the contract for Lot # 1 "Reconstruction and completion of water supply and sewerage systems in Silistra" includes the design and construction of 8, 397 km of water supply network (without length of deviations) and 2.99 km of sewerage network (without length of construction deviations), as well as facilities thereto, in the town of Silistra, as well assupervision during the construction period. The site is a Fourth Group, a second category within the meaning of Art. 5, para. 6 of the Rules for the procedure for entering and keeping the Central Professional Register of Builders, issued by the Bulgarian Construction Chamber.not designing construction for electrical and mechanical engineering works and for construction and engineering projects, designed by the Contractor (FIDIC Yellow Book). legislation in the field of design and construction, including the Law on Spatial Planning(LTA) and the by-laws on its implementation;

• Preparation of an investment project in the phase "Technical project" for the respective site in compliance with the requirements of Ordinance No. 4 of May 21, 2001 on the scope and content of the investment projects, LTA and by-laws on its implementation;

• Coordination of the project with all control bodies, operating companies, etc.statutory requirements;

• Obtaining all necessary opinions, permits and approvals in accordance with the current Bulgarian legislation; • Execution of construction and assembly works (EWC) and eachother related and related activities necessary for the implementation of the construction of the site, in accordance with the regulatory requirements, requirements of the contracting authority, drawings and tables; assistance in putting the site into operation;

• Preparation of executive documentationc, cadastral recording of the whole construction and provision of data in accordance with Art. 54a para. 2 of the Law on Cadastre and Property Register;July 31, 2003 for drawing up acts and protocols during the construction and Certificate of Acceptance by the Engineer;
