- violations under Art. 61, para. 1, Art. 62, para. 1 or 3, Art. 63, para. 1 or 2, Art. 228, para. 3 of the Labor Code (Art. 54, Para. 1, item 6 of the Public Procurement Act),

- violations under Art. 13, para. 1 of the Labor Migration and Labor Mobility Act

- presence of connectivity within the meaning of par. 2, item 45 of the PD of the PPA between candidates / participants in a specific procedure (Article 107, item 4of the Public Procurement Act),
