Building facilities of the Department of Medicine of DUTH. at the Campus of Alexandroupolis (Phase Δ1 buildings 1, 13 and the Department of the environment area Β).
The project concerns the construction of a part of the complex of buildings and the environment of the Department of Medicine at the Alexandroupolis campus and more specifically, 13 of the complex and the part B 'of the surrounding space comprising the western part of the total surrounding space. In the building 1 amphitheaters (2 x 750 seats and 3 x 150 seats), the classrooms (4 x 104 sq. Meters), the secretariat, the canteen and the common areas of the Department are housed. Building 13 is an open-air, covered hallway and a cathedralThe project budget amounts to 12 250 000, 00 EUR, including VAT (24%).

Unexpected amounts of EUR 809 635.56, consumed in accordance with Article(a) of Law 4412 / 2016.

As defined in the contract documents, for example:
- the right to participate are natural or legal persons or their associations in the construction of Buildings, Roads and Electromechanical Works and which are located in: a) in a Member State of the Union; b) in a Member State(c) to third countries that have signed and ratified the GPA, to the extent that the public procurement contract is covered by Annexes 1, 2, 4 and 5 and the General Notes relating to the the Attachment Union I of the above Agreement. and (d) in third countries not covered by paragraph (c) of this paragraph and having bilateralor - multilateral agreements with the Union in the field of public procurement procedures - economic operators participate either individually or as members of an association - associations of economic operators participate under the conditions of paragraphs 2, 3 and 4 of Article 19 and par. 1 (e) and 3 (b) of Article 76 of Law 4412/2016. These associations are not required to have a specific legal form for tbidding. In the event that the association becomes a contractor, its legal form must be such as to ensure that there is a single tax register for the association (eg a consortium).
As regards suitability for the exercise of the professional activity, economic operators are required to be registered in the relevant professional register kept attheir state of establishment. Especially tenderers established in Greece are required to be enrolled in the Register of Contractors (MEEP) in the project category of Article 21 of the Declaration. Tenderers established in a Member State of the European Union are required to be registered with the Registers of Annex XI of Appendix A to Law 4412 /2016.
- For tenderers established in Greece, they are covered by: a) the registration of the estimated value of the contract according to article 76, par. 3, of the Law on the Contracts, 4412/2016 [Building (4th class and above), Road (2nd class and above) and Electromechanical (3rd class and above)]
For the abovein addition to the scope of Part IV B of the EEUS [Other Economic or Financial Requirements] indicating the backlog [Article 20 (4) of L.3369 / 2008] is not required to complete the EEAS Part IV B data. ) or by companies described in Article 21.1 of the Declaration, registered in the Register of Contractors (MEPS), which meet the conditions mentioned- For foreign tenderers, the conditions required by the economic operators established in Greece, in the class and category of the Registry of Contractors (MEEP) of the estimated value of the contract, as defined in article 100 of L.3669 / 08, as amended, and is provided in detail in Article 22C of the contract notice and in the following paragraph.
