Excavating work.

Construction of the niches of interchange and internal arrangement of the La Maddalena tunnel, transport and storage of excavation

Within the framework of the new Lyon-Turin rail link, TELT Sas and the public promotero responsible for the construction and management of the cross-border section of the future infrastructure. The purpose of this contract is the construction of the maneuvering niches (for the intersection and reversal of vehicles) and the internal equipment of the La Maddalena geognostic tunnel, the transport and storage of excavated materials., in Chiomonte in Italy.

Main Site: Italy, Piedmont, Chiomonte.

Mission 1: Drafting of the executive project and the PUT (plan to use the excavated earth and rocks) related to the excavation of the maneuver niches in the La Maddalena geognostic gallery, at the transport and storage of excavated materials and tunnel lining; the PUT must be drawn up according to the Italian decree of the MATTM n. 161 of 10 August 2012 governing the use of excavated earth and rocks.

Mission 2: Construction work on a driveway, construction of maneuvering niches, provision of excavation materials (traditional excavation, support of first level and monitoring, waterproofing, coating and finishing, evacuation, transport and storage of sca materialsvati, ordinary and extraordinary maintenance and various works).

Mission 3: Tunneling works (waterproofing, drainage, cladding and finishing).

Candidates must supply the DC1 and DC2 forms, or equivalent for non-French applicants. If the candidate opts for the presentation of DC1 and DC2 in support of his candidacy, he will have to use the last formupdated by the French Ministry of Economy and Finance (https://www.economie.gouv.fr/daj/formulaires-declaration-du-candidat).

Policy and financial solidity

Each economic operator, alone or in a grouping, will have to provide the invoices without taxation made in the last three financial years available (global turnover and turnover related to the activity in relation to the ogthe contract: see form DC2 heading F -1 or equivalent), financial statements (including income statements) for the last three years available and an insurance certificate for professional risks indicating the amount of capital guaranteed and specifying that the insured and in compliance with the payment of premiums. Candidates concerned only need to deliver an application dossier at the latest on March 19, 2018 at midday, containing the documents and information onvegetables, in an original copy. This dossier will be transmitted either by using electronic means on the customer profile of TELT (https://marches.telt-sas.com), or in paper format by post with registered letter with return receipt or by express courier at the address mentioned in point I.1 of this notice, or delivered short manu against a receipt. To candidates who will be admitted on the basis of the selection criteria mentioned in paragraphs III.1.2 and III. 1.3 of this notice will be sent a consultation dossier, on the basis of which they will be invited to submit an offerwithin a period which will be specified to them. Afterwards, the owner will be chosen after any negotiation. In fact, it is emphasized that, pursuant to Article 74 of Decree no. 360/2016 of 25 March 2016 on public procurement, TELT reserves the right to negotiate the bids received, or not to negotiate with bidders and to award the contract on the basis of initial bids.A single-order framework agreement with order forms will be issued according to the issue of order forms by TELT. Mission 1 will be the subject of a single order form. The performance of missions 2 and 3 will be the subject of several order forms issued as the work progresses (depending on the number of niches created). Furthermore, it is mentioned that the contractoscrivere foresees the consequences of the application of the regulation of the contracts concerning the rules concerning the fight against mafia infiltration concluded between the French and Italian governments in June 2016.
