Oa aero-work d`art

The present march is part of the improvement of the service by public transport of the Merignac airport area from Bordeaux center to the rail network between the Quatre Chemins station of the tramway line A and the Bordeaux Me airportrignac. This new service will take the Avenue de la Somme, Matosinhos Avenue, John Fitzgerald Kennedy Avenue with a bypass and Rene Cassin Street. The oa aero market concerns the works of realization of works of art and infrastructures for the extension of the line A of the tramway, in the commune of Merignac. The global work, composed of these different works of art, is intended to allow the crossing of the ring road A630 by the tramway and its facilities.

Oa aero- work of art. This bargaining procedure starts with a firm unit price (TF) for the construction of the art work and 3 optional slices (TO1, TO2 and TO3). Deadline of the firm tranche: 16 months from the o* Declaration on honor to justify that the candidate does not enter in any of the cases of prohibition of compulsory tender provided for in articles L.2141-1 to 5 and L.2141-7 to 10 of the code of the public order; Information on compliance with the obligation to use mentioned in Articles L. 5212-1 to L. 5212-11 of the Labor Code; Documents relating to the powers of the persone authorized to hire the candidate; Copy of the judgment (s) pronounced, if the candidate is in receivership; Declaration on honor to justify that the candidate respects the provisions of the law n 2014-873 of 4.8.2014 for the real equality between women and men .; Declaration on honor to justify that the foreign-based applicant complies with the obligation laid down inArticle R. 1263-12-1 of the Labor Code relating to work in France. Selection criteria as mentioned in the documents of the consultation. A minimum total annual turnover is required of candidates or grouping: 16 000 000 EUR HT.

The application is presented either in the form of forms DC1 and DC2 (freely available on the site www.economie.gouv.fr.), either underthe shape of a Single European Market Document (DUME). Electronic transmission of envelopes is required for this consultation. Therefore, paper transmission is not allowed. The transmission of documents electronically is carried out on the buyer`s profile. The methods of electronic transmission of envelopes are defined in the regulations of thea consultation. Consultation Number: 2019-baam-0075 - After the tenders have been examined, the contracting entity will enter into negotiations with all the selected candidates. However, the contracting entity reserves the right to award the contract on the basis of the initial offers, without negotiation.
