The subject of this VZ is the execution of construction works: Kompl. reconstruction and extension of building C - construction of a new central. gas. recoconstruction and modernization of techn. equipment of the building, new modifications of surfaces, floors and ceilings, extension of the connecting corridor between buildings A, B and C incl. barrier-free. lift for buildings B and C, Extension of barriers. lift at building A, Attic installation of building A incl. extension of the school building by two classrooms and a cabinet, Replacement of filling holes and insulation of the ceiling structure under the attic space for buildings A, B, D, E, Reconstruction of floors of buildings A and B, surface treatment, removal of standardization elements, replacement and refurbishment of interiorfill them with holes, Compl. reconstruction of all roofs incl. new lightning protection systems, Construction of a new more economical method of heating, Compl. reconstruction of high-current wiring and artificial lighting. The complete scope of work is given in the documentation for the construction, which is attached to the tender documentation.

The actual construction will be carried out in partial stages, inin relation to the need to ensure the teaching of pupils at school. The individual stages are described in detail in the ZOV plan, which is an integral part of the PD. The schedule will include a division into 3 stages:

Stage No. 1: Building C connecting corridor to A, Maternal heating distribution for A, B, Substation NO, Gas connection and relocation; Stage No. 2: Building B and fencing in parallel ;

Stage No. 3: Building A elevator shaft in parallel with the implementation of exterior modifications and playgrounds.

In order to maintain the operability of the schoolthe next part of the construction (individual stages) to be completed and handed over to the user for permanent use. After the complete completion of each stage, a partial takeover of the part from the supplier will be performed and at the same time a protocol handover of the given stage will be performed to the user for permanent use. The stages will follow each other smoothly, which means that the 2nd stage will be implemented only after the completion and handover of the 1st stage and the 3rd stage will be implemented only after the completion of the 2nd stage. works

The schedule will contain binding deadlines for the completion of individual stages in the weeks from the handover of the construction site - stages No. 1 to No. 3, and the total deadline for the completion of the work.

- according to § 77 par.Article 77 (2) (a) a) the law shall prove to the tenderer by proving the document of authorization to conduct business to the extent corresponding to the subject of the public contract, if other legal regulations require such authorization, namely the trade related to "Execution of constructions, their changes and removal".
