The general company (or the grouping of companies) will imperatively answer to all the technical stations lists below: earthworks -VRD; Big work; wood frame roofing; tightness; PVC exterior joinery; partitions dubbing-ceilings; interior joinery; himselfrrurerie-metallerie; painting; resilient floor coverings; hard floor tiles; plumbing, heating and ventilation; electricity; elevating apparatus; green spaces.

Overall timeframe for the execution of the works: 24 months from the date of issue of the start-up order.
