The market is about the earthworks, sanitation and roads of the creation of a ramp to exit the commercial area of the Star in the municipality ofMondeville and go towards the A13 motorway and the northern ring road of Caen. The works of art work are the subject of a separate march. Main Site: Mondeville department of Calvados Works including:

- site facilities and clearance of rights of way,

- earthworks (deblais- embankments) and construction tracks,

- the constitution of the roadways,

- the conconstruction of retaining walls,

- restoration of drainage networks and sanitation facilities,

- restraining devices.

- letter of application and authorization of the representative by his co-contractors mentioning the names, denomination and address of each competitor as well as the names, first names and quality of persons entitled to represent each enterprise, - a declarationduly signed and signed by the competitor to justify:
