Drywall according to the description in the specification of services:

- Aextension of the 2-storey connecting wing (approx. 740 m), new entrance situation in connection with barrier-free development of the two-storey underground car park by means of a lift system,

- place extension with tribunes and public toilets,

- courtyard roofing (partial area approx. 230 m) for events,

- Renovation of the underground garage roof and renewal of the surface covering (about 900 m),

-one-off adaptations in existing buildings (disaster area approx. 150 m, adaptation of toilet facilities and various offices).

On the possible requirement of an official decision for the permissibility of doing business in Austria as well as the obligation according to -- 21 and 194 of the Federal Procurement Act 2018 is expressly pointed out. -- 21 and 194 of the BuNomenvergabegesetzes 2018 obliges applicants or tenderers who are resident in the territory of another contracting party to the EEA Agreement or in Switzerland and must obtain an official decision regarding their professional qualifications to carry on business in Austria, as soon as possible, or at least in any case before expiry of the offer period einzuleiten. For regulated trades (- 94 of the Trade Regulations 1994), reference is made in this connection to -- 373a to 373e of the Trade Regulations 1994.
