Project management implementation of Suomenlinna C76 construction technical support

The acquisition is part of the Suomenlinna Garment Quarter renovation project, which consists of the renovation of a four-storey (4) residential building built in 1830 in 1850 and renovated in the 1970s. The Taemae agreement concerns the first phase of the construction engineering toeitae as a project management contractor. The contract includes the possibility of additional procurement for later stages.
