Renovation of the J.U. Smitgemaal in Kinderdijk

The J.U. Smitgemaal is located on the edge of the windmill area in Kinderdijk (Unesco World Heritage). The pumping station contains three diesel engines that drive three augers to control the waterfrom the Nederwaard on the Lek.

General description of the work: Tender one, plot 1 - A (mechanical engineering ), detailed engineering, preparation, delivery and assembly:

- phased replacement of two diesel drives by electric drives,

- applicationn from platforms with raised foundation frames for electrical cabinets and associated access equipment,

- the replacement of three steel check valves,

- the modification of water cooling systems, gearboxes to oil air cooling systems, Inspection / overhaul of the drives, dump point adjustments,

- the renovation of various existing installation parts, including emergency power generator,

-installing ventilation systems for powertrains in the machine hall,

- moving and adjusting compressed air, exhaust gas and cooling water systems,

- drying of grinding ducts for phased work.

The contracting authority excludes tenderers from participating in this tender that are located in one or more of the circumstances referred to in the Tendering Procedurest 2012, in Articles 2.86 and 2.87. The tenderer must submit the attached "Uniform European Tender Document (UEA)" included in the tender. By signing this self-declaration, the Tenderer indicates that the circumstances as mentioned in this UEA do not apply to his company.
