The subject of this public procurement is the execution of construction works at the construction site" Execution of construction works at the site "Additional water supply to the village of Radjuvene by the water supply group Cherni Osam.

The subject of this public procurement is the execution of construction and assembly works on construction "Execution of construction and installation works on the site" Additional water supply to the village of Radjuvene by the water supply group "Cherni Osam".

An investment project in phase has been prepared and approved working project on the following project parts: "Waterworks", "Road", "Surveying - tracing plan", "Temporarytraffic organization ", " fire safety "and" draft accounting documentation ". The building has a building permit № 22 / 18.05.2018, entered into force on 11.06.2018.

The site is a fourth group, the first category of construction according to art. 137, para 1.

This technical specification is an integral part of the tender documentation, together with the construction contract, investment project and other documents.The purpose of the contract is to provide additional quantities of drinking water by constructing an additional water supply to the village of Radjuvene from the water supply system. Cherni Osam Group will build a new water supply system for the village of Radjuvene from an existing one.pressure tank V = 100 m for the village of Izvorche to an existing pressure tank V = 280 m for the village of Raduvene.

The participant must have a registration in the Central Professional Register of Builders (CPRS) at the Construction Chamber for construction of the fourth group, first category according to Art. 137, para. 1, item 4 of the Spatial Planning Act, in which the object, subject of the contract falls, and for foreign persons - in analogous registersin accordance with the law of the Member State in which they are established. When submitting a tender, the participants declare suitability (legal capacity) for pursuing a professional activity in the Single European Public Procurement Document (EDES) in Part IV "Selection Criteria", section A "Eligibility". In respect of foreign persons, at the time of the submission of the offer, they shall declare in theThe existence of registration in similar registers under the legislation of the Member State in which they are established. In case the participant nominated as a contractor is a foreign person, he / she should acquire a valid certificate under Art. 29, para. 4 of the Regulation for the execution of construction works in the category of construction in which the site falls, or for a higher category of construction in the same group according tothe requirements of Art. 112, para. 1, item 4 of the Public Procurement Act, in conjunction with Art. 29 of the CFSP.
