The works are aimed at the overall sanitation of ventilation, cold, heating, electrical, light, IT, etc. installations. (production and distribution) as well as the standardization of the thermal envelope (windows, interior insulation, insulation on the roof) and the standardization of fire (detection, EI60 walls, doors EI30, etc.). The floor, wall and ceiling coverings will be renovated in most areas of the classrooms, administration, common areas). Interventions are carried out in several zones, in stages, spread over the school periods 2020 and 2021, as well as outside school periods for certain zones such as laboratories. Provisional pavilions will behave made available for 6.1.2020 allowing the transfer, every semester, of a part of the students concerned by the works.
