Construction market for the demolition of existing buildings and the construction of a complex comprising a basic school of 216 students and 15 contemporary dwellings on plotslocated rue de la Senne 80-88 and 94 a 1000 Brussels.

The site includes the cadastral parcels: L. 2558 H5, L. 2558 D5, L. 2558 T4 and L. 2512 N4. The project also benefits from a Rue de la Senne 96/98; via the cadastral parcel L. 2512 P4.

Legal position of the tenderer (grounds for exclusion),
