The job offered includes a complete range of accommodation for rarum, purchase of newequipment and relocation of existing medical-technical equipment for all rarities in the aforementioned sub-projects DP03-DP08 (Knowledge axis, Treatment and bed sections and Clusters) in a single contract. It is thus an overall task where a future contracting party is given the overall responsibility for the management of the part-time assignment task for approx. 225 selected equipment-heavy compartments and 350 secondary compartments, partly equipmentthe purchase of new medical device equipment and the equipment coordination of these rooms, and in part the relocation of existing medical device equipment from the existing OUH to the New OUH. rarum, purchase of new equipment and relocation of existing medical equipment for all rarumin the aforementioned sub-projects DP03-DP08 (Knowledge axis, Processing and bed sections as well as Clusters) in a single contract. When the tender is submitted, a completed project must be handed in with a single volumeThe end of the project costs for the completion of the task, since the purchase of medical device equipment secondly, must be carried out by the contractor in cooperation with the Region of Southern Denmark. This requires special precautions, including in particular in relation to delivery, remediation, fines and breaches, and collateral for the same cause, it is decided that the contractor's responsibility for the newly purchasedequipment transfers to the Region of Southern Denmark after delivery and approved defect remediation. Thirdly, the overall task has an extensive management responsibility in relation to the coordination and implementation of existing equipment from OUH to new OUH. pa backgroundund of the bidders' proposals for:

1) process and method whereby the bidder describes how the bidder intends to manage the task as a whole in relation to quality, economy and time;

2) organization and staffing, whereby the bidder describes with which organization and key persons, the tenderer intends to solve / manage the task, and

3) total contractor costs, whereby the tenderer prices- Overall, Region Syddanmark will thus evaluate the tenderers' ability to enter into a close and partner-like collaboration with Region Syddanmark on the realization of the project on the basis of the available tender and contractual basis, which is illustratively at project proposal level, and within the overall framework budget.

The Agreement ("DP100 ATherefore, as a contracting authority, the contracting authority must require the applicant to use the ESPD.

Applicant must use the electronic XML file uploaded at viewpoint as Appendix A to these Tender Terms

Applicant must complete Part II-VI of the ESPD.

The ESPD is a self-declaration from the applicant as preliminary evidence rather than certificates issued by public authorities or third parties.

The document is made up a formal declaration by the applicant that he is not in one of the situations where economic operators under the Tender Law will or may beexcluded (-- 135-137) that it meets the relevant eligibility criteria (-- 140-143) and that upon request it will provide the relevant information required by the Region of Southern Denmark.

An applicant who participates alone and not based on the capacity of other entities to fulfill the selection criteria, must complete only a single European call for tender.n is based on the capacity of one or more other entities (subcontractors / subcontractors), must ensure that the Region of Southern Denmark receives the applicant's own single European tender document together with a separate single European tender document with the relevant information for each of the units on which it is based.

If applicant is a group of economic actors, including temporary jointConclusions (a consortium) participating in the tendering procedure together, each separate economic operator must complete a separate single European tender document with the information required by ESPD Part II-VI.

Applicant must state the total annual turnover 3 financial statements in ESPD Part IV, Section B.

In addition, the applicant must disclose the amount of equity for the most recent 3financial statements in ESPD part IV, section B.

The applicant must also disclose the solvency ratio for the last 3 financial statements in ESPD part IV, section B. The solvency ratio is calculated as follows:

(Equity / Total balance sheet) x 100 = solvency ratio.

The following documentation for economic capacity does not need to be included in the pre-qualification request, but must be submitted when the Region of Southern Denmark so requests, cf.- 151 of the Act:

Applicant's / tenderer's annual accounts or extracts thereof for the past 3 available financial years, the publication of annual accounts being required by law in the country where the applicant / tenderer is established, or other documentation of total annual turnover and the amount of equity. For companies (eg a consortium), the information must be provided for each partApplicant / tenderer may prove its economic and financial form by any other document deemed appropriate by the Region of Southern Denmark if, for a valid reason, the applicant / tenderer is unable to produce the documents required by Region of Southern Denmark.

Applicant / tenderer also has the right to refer the Region of Southern Denmark to obtaindocuments from public national databases, eg www.cvr.dk, cf. 5.

Re item IV.2.4 Language:

The tender is in Danish. Both application for pre-qualification (ESPD), including references and offers must be submitted in Danish. Furthermore, the negotiations will take place in Danish, as will questions / answers, correction sheets, minutesetc. prepared in Danish.
