Execution of engineering (preparation of a work project, execution of construction works and supervision of the author) at a representative site of the Center of Excellence at Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski "

The following activities are included in the scope of engineering:

Main Site: 154 Sofia City, 15 Tsar Osvoboditel Blvd., which covers a district 546 in the territory ofmoving between Tsar Osvoboditel Blvd., Vasil Levski Blvd., Shipka Str. and Hristo Georgiev Str. and supervision) at a representative site of the Center of Excellence at Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski ", 15 Tsar Osvoboditel Blvd., Sofia (" The Egg ")Project "Building and Development of the Center of Excellence" Heritage BG ", funded under Operational Program" Science and Education for Intelligent Growth "2014-2020, Priority Axis 1" Research and Technological Development ", co-financed by the European Union through the European Fund for Regional Development (ERDF).

The following activities are included in the scope of engineering:

1. Preparation of investmentour project is in the phase of a working project;

2. Execution of construction, installation, restoration and more. necessary activities for the site;

3. Exercise of copyright supervision during construction;

4. Completion of construction and preparation of executive project (if necessary);

5. Guarantee maintenance of the construction, including the elimination of manifest defects during the operation, in time and atconditions laid down in the contract for the award of the contract and in accordance with the applicable legislation in the field in the country., the first category of construction according to Art. 137, para. 1, Vol. 1, b. "M" from ZUT - real culturalvalues of category "national significance" and for non-residents - in similar registers, according to the legislation of the Member State in which they are established or equivalent. "in Part IV: Selection Criteria" of the Single European Procurement Document (EDES).

Agreeabout Art. 67, para. 5 of the PPA, the contracting authority may require the participants at all times to submit all or part of the documents proving the information specified in the EDES, where this is necessary for the lawful conduct of the procedure. In such cases, the requirement shall be proved by submitting a copy of the registration document in the CDPC to the Bulgarian Construction Chamber., for the implementation of the first group, the first category of construction, according to Art. 137, para. 1, Vol. 1, b. "M" from the Territory of Territory - real cultural values of category "national importance". For non-residents, an analogous document proving such registration in a similar register, in accordance with the legislation of the Member State in which they are established or equivalent.

Before concluding a contract, inThe contracting authority will require the tenderer designated to provide up-to-date documents proving the fulfillment of the above requirement, namely: a copy of the registration document in the CPSU to the Bulgarian Construction Chamber for execution of construction works from - first group, first category of construction, according to Art. 137, para. 1, Vol. 1, b. "M" from the Territorial Audit Officeitel - foreign person submits a document proving that he has the right to perform the assigned activity in the Republic of BULGARIA, including that he has completed the relevant registration, in accordance with the Law on the Construction Chamber, in connection with Art. 112, para. 1, item 4 of the Public Procurement Act

Note: in the case of participation of a non-legal entity, compliance with the requirement is proved by thesemembers of the association who, in accordance with the distribution of the participation of persons in the performance of the activities provided for in the contract for the establishment of the association, are engaged in the execution of the construction. Where the tenderer provides for the participation of subcontractors, the requirement shall be proved for those subcontractors who, in accordance with the type and proportion of the contract awarded to them, will perform the construction workvo.

1. The participants in the procurement should have a minimum total turnover.

Certification:

When submitting the offer, the participants fill in the information on the economic and financial situation in the EEOPP, Part IV: Selection Criteria, Section B: "Economic and Financial Condition".

Proof:

At the conclusion of the contract, the participant selected as the contractor must submit one or someany of the following documents:

1. Bank certificates;

2. Annual financial statements or their constituent parts, when published in accordance with the law of the country in which the participant is established;

3. Statement of total turnover.

The information under items 2 and 3 should cover the last 3 financial years ending as of the closing date for submission of tenders. The information canis to cover a shorter period, depending on the date on which the tenderer was created or commenced its activity. and its financial position by any other document which the contracting authority considers appropriate. The proof of proofof the set requirements shall be submitted by the participant and upon request during the procedure - in the cases of Art. 67, para. 5 of the PPA, where this is necessary for the lawful conduct of the procedure.

2. Participants should have:

- Valid Professional Design Liability Insurance or equivalent,

- Valid Construction Liability Insurance or equivalent.

When submitting the offer, the participants declare their compliance with the selection criteria in OEDOP, Part IV "Selection Criteria", letter B "Economic and financial status".

Proof:

Before concluding the contract, the contracting authority will require by the participant designated as a contractor to submit documents under Art. 62, para. 1, item 2 of the Public Procurement Act - evidence of the existence of a backlogProfessional Insurance Account or equivalent.

If applicable, where for a valid reason the tenderer is unable to present the documents requested by the contracting authority, he / she may prove his / her economic and financial status by any other document which the contracting authority considers appropriate.
