Installation of photovoltaic panels on a structure made of wood and architectural concrete, as well as all electrical equipment in the "Electrical Stodola" facility with the construction of an electrical connection line S / N to the operator`s electrical network being part of the first stage of the investmentof the Museum and Educational Center of the Karkonosze National Park Pałac Sobieszow Stage I / B "

Installation of photovoltaic panels on wood and architectural concrete structures and all electrical equipment in the" Electrical Stodola "facility with the implementation of the S / N electrical connection line to the electric networkrator being part of the first stage of the investment: Museum and Education Center of the Karkonosze National Park Pałac Sobieszow Stage I / B "includes:

- Demolition of the existing brick and stone wall with its reconstruction after the completion of the planned foundations of the" Stodoła Elektryczna "facility,

- Removal of part of the escarpment stone and earth and field elements to the extent needed to make the bracketsconstruction for photovoltaic panels,

- Dismantling the retaining wall and temporary protection of the remaining part of the slope until the construction of the structure,

- S / N connection from the transformer station of the Tauron energy network operator and the new S / N station located in the facility " Electrical Stodola "

- Realization of the entire reinforced concrete and wooden structureElectrical Stodola facility and technical rooms with the entire infrastructure of the facility and electrical equipment in accordance with the design constituting Annex 2 electrical industry,

- Purchase and installation of photovoltaic panels together with all instrumentation,

- Construction of a new granite cube pavement in the scope shown in drawing no. 2 together with part of the rainwater installation and reservoir wellszymi D24, D23 and D22 according to the attached designs: road (Annex No. 2 point 2.11) and storm water drainage system (Annex No. 2 point 2.5)

- Restoration of stone wall fragments along with renovation of preserved wall fragments at the designed facility "Stodoła Electrical "to the extent shown in Fig. 3 along with the implementation of the wicket, according to the attached small architecture project (Annex No. 2 point2.2.).

The Contractor shall meet the condition of participation in the proceedings regarding the economic or financial situation, if he proves that:

a) has financial resources or a creditworthiness of at least PLN 1, 000, 000.00,

b) is insured against civil liability in the scope of conducted activity related to the subject of the order for a sum insured: min. PLN 2, 000, 000.

To confirm thatof the economic or financial condition, the contracting authority requires the contractor to provide documents:

a) information from the bank or cooperative savings and credit union confirming the amount of financial resources or creditworthiness of the contractor, not earlier than 1 month before the deadline for submission of tenders;

b) confirming that the contractor is insuredfrom civil liability in the scope of conducted activity related to the subject of the order for a sum guaranteed by the Employer.

The Contractor is subject to exclusion pursuant to art. 24 paragraph 1 and item 5

2. The contractor will personally perform key parts of the order:

Installation and connection to the electrical installation, photovoltaic panels;

3. Requirements of the Employer, referred to in art. 29 paragraph 3a of the Public Procurement Law, i.e.

1) employment on the basis of an employment contract by the contractor or subcontractor of persons directly involved in the performance of the contract:

4. Tender bond in the amount of PLN 50, 000.00; in words: fifty thousand zlotys

5. In accordance with art. 13 (1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27.4.2016 and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (general regulationsData Protection Regulation (Journal of Laws EU L 119 of 4.5.2016, p. 1)), hereinafter referred to as "GDPR", I would like to inform you that:

The indicated personal data by the Contractor will be processed on the basis of art. 6 clause 1 lit.c RODO for the purpose related to the procedure for the award of the contract "Implementation of construction works of the first stage of the investment of the Museum and Education Center of the Karkonosze National Park Pałac Sobieszow Stage I / B",

- The personal data indicated will be stored, in accordance with art. 1 of the Pz Actp, for a period of up to 2030 from the date of termination of the contract award procedure "

- The obligation of the Contractor to provide personal data directly concerning you is a statutory requirement specified in the provisions of the Public Procurement Law related to participation in the public procurement award procedure,

- In relation to Your personal data decisions will not be taken in an automated mannerny, pursuant to art. 22 GDPR:

You have:

a) Pursuant to art. 15 GDPR, the right to access your personal data concerning you;
