- Lot 7 cable crossing under the tracks.subject of this invitation to tender are: Construction of a building for the use of, as well as an area of external waste with cover, including work of:

- metal structure,

- facades,

- waterproof, and

- vegetable roof,

- elements in locksmithing,

- floor coatings,

- walls,

- ceilings,

- introductions SEG (without taxes),

- CVSE techniques,

- cleaning.

Juicecriteria for qualification criteria:

- According to criteria Q1:

Justifications:

J1: a project reference (less than 10 years) presenting a complexity and comparable tasks: Realization of a building, industrial vocation.

- According to criterion Q2:

Proofs:

J2: Declaration of the turnover of the last three years in the domain (s) put in submission.

- According to criteria Q3:

Justific:

J3: the tenderer designates the guarantors for the joint guarantee provided and confirms that he is able to provide it in the month following the final account.

J4: copy of the certificate of the quality system according to ISO 9001 or description of the quality system of the company, not certified. (For consortia, proof must not be adducedonly by one of the members)

Negotiations: remain reserved.

Conditions governing the procedure: the contracting authority awards public contracts for services in Switzerland only to tenderswhich guarantee the respect of the provisions on the protection of the workers, the working conditions of the employees as well as the equality of wages between men and women.

Other indications: site visit: the direction of project of SBB does not no order to visit the premises.

Subordination: the awarding of the contract depends on the granting of all the authorizations necessary for the execution of theservices and works, and the approval of the credit by the competent body of SBB AG. If either of these conditions is not fulfilled, the tenderer can not claim any compensation. In derogation of Article 84 of SIA 118, the MO reserves the right to order certain works, parts of works or supplies to third parties of its choice, even after the award of a contract.work to the prime contractor. This work order to third parties does not give any right to any compensation to the company.

Language: the language of the project is French. SBB interlocutors will be fluent in French and all documents (reports, plans, submissions, etc.) and all correspondence must be in French.

Closing time for depositbids / remarks: the stamp or barcode of a Swiss post office (company stamps are not determinative), respectively, for foreign applicants, the receipt of a diplomatic representation or Swiss consular office. If the tenderers submit their tenders to a Swiss diplomatic or consular representation abroad, thebidders must send an acknowledgment of receipt of the corresponding representation to SBB AG by e-mail (esmeralda.lanszki@sbb.ch), within the deadline for the submission of tenders.
