Under penalty of nullity, the documents of submission are to be downloaded on the portal of the public markets (www.pmp.lu). The opening of the tender will take place in the tender room displayed at the reception of the administrative building of SIDEN, in Bleesbrueck, L-9359 BEttendorf.
