This offer includes Youth Housing A.C. Meyers Vaenge / Professional contract G. Stalk constructions. The building case includes all construction work associated with the construction of gross 5, 400 m2 youth housing located A.C. Meyersvaenge / Teglholmsgade / Sydhavnsgade. The building case includes construction of respectively 58 and 50 apartments located in 2 U-shaped buildings named respectively. building 3 og building 4.

MT H0jgaard is currently building. ca. 19 200 m2 housing for Patrizia Danmark A / S on the neighboring ground.

In this building case, in addition to the youth housing, there are outside areas and approx. 250 m2 common area and renovation room for Patrizia Denmark A / S.
