The following types of construction and assembly works : laying of pavement concrete pavements 40/40/5 about 710 square meters, including demountable pavement, concrete and asphalttiles, thin trench for leveling and sanding up to 10 cm, paving with new 40/40/5 concrete slabs, 1: 1 cement mortar grouting and loading and transport of construction waste. Bozveliysko, Provadia municipality, Varna district

Within the detached part are envisaged a major repair of about 150 square meters of pavements, including dismantlingpavement, concrete and asphalt pavement, thin trench for alignment, sanding and sanding up to 10 cm, paving with new 40/40/5 cm concrete slabs, grouting 1: 1 cement mortar and loading and transport of construction waste. The above mentioned works will be carried out on the territory of Bozveliysko village, Provadia municipality. The indicated amounts are indicative and are subject to measurementThe contracting authority requires the participants to be entered in the Central Professional Register of Constructors as follows: - for the first lot - the participants shall be entered in the TSPR for execution of constructions with the following scope: construction works on sites min. group, third category - constructions from the transport infrastructure, according to Ordinance № 1 of 30.07.2003year for the nomenclature of types of construction and Art. 137 of the Law for the structure, - for the second lot - the participants shall be entered in the TSF for execution of constructions with the following scope: construction works on sites minimum second group, third category - constructions from the transport infrastructure, according to Ordinance No. 1 of 30.7. 2003 for the Nomenclature of Construction Types and Art. 137 of the Lawand for the device, - for the third lot - the participants are entered in the TSPR for execution of constructions with the following scope: construction works by objects minimum second group, third category - constructions from the transport infrastructure, according to Ordinance № 1 of 30.07.2003 for the nomenclature of types of construction and Art. 137 of the Device Act, - for the fourth lot - the participantsto be entered in the CPSA for execution of constructions with the following scope: construction works by sites minimum second group, third category - constructions from the transport infrastructure, according to Ordinance № 1 of 30.7.2003 on the nomenclature of types of construction and art. 137 of the Act on the Structure, - for the fifth lot - the participants to be entered in the TSPR for execution of constructions with the following scopet: construction works by object, minimum group 2, third category - constructions from the transport infrastructure, according to Ordinance № 1 of 30.07.2003 on the nomenclature of the types of construction and art. 137 of the Device Act. 60 of the Public Procurement Act, foreign participants can prove their registration in analogous registers according to the legislation of the stateIn the case of a grouping which is not a legal person, the requirement for registration shall be demonstrated by each participant in the grouping who will carry out the works, according to the distribution of the participation of the persons in the performance of the activities provided for in the contract creation of the grouping - In the case of subcontracting, the same should meet the above mentioned requirementsaccording to the type and the share of the order they will perform

IV. According to Art. 67, para. 1 of the PPL when submitting the tender, the participant declares lack of grounds for removal from the procedure and compliance with the selection criteria by submitting EEDOP. Documents demonstrating the information specified in EEDOP may be required additionally under the conditions of Art. 67, para. 5 and para. 6 of the Public Procurement Act. According toArt. 67, para. 6 of the Public Procurement Act, prior to the award of a public procurement contract, the participant designated as a contractor shall present up-to-date documents certifying the lack of grounds for removal from the procedure and compliance with the selection criteria. Documents shall also be submitted to subcontractors and third parties, if any.
