Budowa sieci i przyłączy ciepłowniczych przy ul. Kapuściska 4 and Murarzy 5

The subject of the order is: Construction of heating networks and connections at ul. Kapuściska 4 and Murarzy 5 for the task:

Scope: Construction of the connection to the building at al. Kaczyńskiego 37.

The contractor at the implementation stage will be obliged: - to agree with the Employer and notify the schedule of the robot residents, managers, co-operatives and housing communities through a notificationnot written and publicly available information at least 7 days in advance

- take into account the project of organization of the carried out traffic and neighboring stages in coordination with the contractor (contractors) of the remaining stages during the contract implementation should provide residents with access to the property in accordance with the traffic organization project.

Disassembly of the existing network:

For demoThere are sections of the existing heat pipeline covering the route of the network under construction. The remaining part of the pipeline remaining in the ground should be sealed on the steel pipeline and the concrete channel should be walled in.

The contractor is obliged to inventory the geodesically dismantled sections of the pipeline

Applies to the heating network left in the ground: The contractor will get from the owners of the landthe approval for leaving the inactive heat pipeline in the ground in accordance with Annex 7 to the Agreement.

Connections of the heating network on sections from the entrance to the building to the rooms heat substation must be made of spiro pipes.

The contract also covers the tree and bush cuttings for of a given part in accordance with Annex 6 to this SIWZ.

Note: street names have changed every timethe documents refer to ul. The 6-year plan or Kaczyński means al. President Lech Kaczyński, and ul. Przodownikow Pracy ul. Sliwinski.

Notes:

1. If there are trademarks or proper names in the project documentation, then it should be acknowledged that they are evidence of the quality of materials / devices and are only of an auxiliary nature to determine the basic parameters and features usedch materials / devices. In this case, the Contracting Authority informs that it allows submission of offers, which individual materials / devices listed in the project documentation can be replaced with equivalent materials / devices. Equivalent products shall be deemed by the Ordering Party to have those which have not worse technical parameters than those which indicate their own names, and their use in no waywill affect the proper functioning of technical solutions provided for in the project documentation.

2. The welds testing should be carried out using the non-destructive method (100% of welds) of the ultrasonic minimum, unless the design provides for a method with greater accuracy (eg radiographic).

3. The Contractor is obliged to include in the offer price:

• tight seals at the entry pointpipelines to the building (through the external wall),

• laying concrete relief plates over the pipelines in places located under paved surfaces (designed and existing: parking lots, roads, sidewalks) when the pipeline cover is less than 70cm, even if it is not provided in the documentation project.

The subject of the order should be carried out in accordance with:

1. Project Budand the Executive Project hereinafter referred to as the WSP constituting Annex No. 1 to the ToR.

2. Principles of technical knowledge, currently applicable provisions of the Construction Law, including executive acts to it and health and safety regulations

3. The provisions of the SIWZ and contract.

Contractors who meet the following can participate in the present proceedingsconditions regarding the Economic or financial situation that ensures the execution of the order. To convert the financial value specified in n. a in a currency other than PLN, the Employer, for the purposes of assessing compliance with the condition of participation in the proceedings, will apply the average exchange rate of the National Bank of Poland, datedordering in the Official Journal of the European Union, and if the exchange rate was not announced on that day, it is according to the NBP average exchange rates table before that date.
