The Faculty Hospital of Trenč-n represents the pavilion's hospital sparing without the possibility of connecting the pavilions (so-called dry feet) in the form of underground or above-ground connecting corridors.

2. All costs and expenses associated with the applicant's participation in this procurement and the preparation and submission of the tender shall be made by the applicant without any financial charge to the contracting authority, irrespective of the outcome of the public procurement. Verejny-The contracting authority reserves the right to declare the procurement process as unsuccessful in case if the securing of project financing will not be granted non-repayable grants or sales contract does not recommend signing Managing Authority after an inspection of the procurement process. -8.
