1) against this call for tenders can be made within a non-extendable period of 10 days since the publication at the Administrative Court of the Canton of Aargau, Obere Vorstadt 40, 5001 Aarau, appeal will be filed. The standstill of the time limits according to civil procedural law does not apply;
