Dostosowanie istniejącego źrodła ciepła EC Sp. z o.o. w Skierniewice to emission standards going beyond the requirements of the IED Directive

The object of the order is to design, supply, build, commission and commission for use (in the "key" formula) a complete, modern installation of desulphurisation and dedusting of a group of four boilers, In water: WR-10 K1, WR-25 K2, WR-25 K3, WRm 29.07 K4 in Heat Engineering Ltd. in Skiernoiewicach in order to reduce the emission of harmful substances into the atmosphere by adjusting the sources of EC Sp. z o.o. Skierniewice to the required level of emissions exceeding the emission standards of the IED Directive, and meeting the requirements described in the BAT Conclusions of 17/8/2017

The order includes:

1) Design and development of the completetechnical and technological documentation (including object-based inventory, measurement and testing of equipment) along with obtaining all formal and legal permits needed to complete

and transfer the investment to use.

2) Prefabrication, delivery, execution and assembly of the Turnkey Contract Object .

3) Performing technical and technological start-up of the installation.

4) Optimization of pr(5) Handover of the installation and facilities for operation

6) Handover of the installation

7) Development of as-built documentation

8) Development of guidelines for the operation of equipment and installations

9) Development of the operating instructions.

10) Delivery of spare parts within the warranty period (24 months).

11) Training of Zama personnel(12) Warranty service.

The Ordering Party does not specify any specific conditions in this respect

The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to have funds or creditworthiness for an amount of at least 15, 000, 000.00 PLN. If Contractors submit documents containing data in currencies other than PLN, financial datae will be converted according to the average exchange rate of the National Bank of Poland (NBP) published on the NBP website on the day of publication of the contract notice in the Official Journal of the European Union.
