This invitation to tender concerns the work of the buildings of the transport poles as part of the TCSP operation of Saint-Louis.

The works are located in the commune of Saint-Louis, they are decomposed into 3 slices, 1 slice firm and 2 optional slices:

- PE, PoleSaint-Philippe street exchange (firm slice)

The area of the adjacent Saint-Philippe street and the street of the Station.

The quays and development of the public square, not realized to date, must be by the CIVIS (delivery out of works)

Limits of intervention: the works concern only the right of way of the building and its terrace.

The ground is currently arranged, it welcomes thecurrent Saint-Louis bus station.

- BEX Bel Air, Bel Air operating building (option 1)

The property is located at the roundabout of the Bel Air business area. Buses and improvements to the public space, which have not yet been realized, must be done by CIVIS (off-site work).

Intervention limits: the work concerns only thebuilding 's footprint and its terrace.

- BEX Gol, Operation building for the Gol roundabout (option 2)

The land is on the edge of the roundabout of the Gol.

The docks and amenities of the public space, not realized to date, must be done by the CIVIS (service out of market of work mastery)

Limits of intervention: the works concern only the influence of the building and its-terrace.
