VEKS-K0ge Total Contract Agreement

In this offer, a framework agreement is offered which involves the execution of a number of phases in connection with the conversion of the K0ge area from existing natural gas heating for district heating. This conversion was initiated in 2012 and executed in separate phases where-Each phase can be divided into a number of stages. The phases and stages are carried out as a complete contract involving a large number of buildings and installations as customer installations in the affected areas. This conversion was initiated in 2012 and executed in separate phases, where each phase can be divided into a number of stages. The phases and stages are carried out as a complete contract involving robust construction and pipelines as customer installations in the affected areas.

Safely framework agreement is awarded to a groupList of suppliers (a consortium), the participants must act in a solidarity.

List of and terms of conditions:

Requests to complete and deliver an ESPD.

Applicants will be excluded from participation in this procurement procedure, unless they are covered by one or Several of the Acts 135 to 136 (compulsory) and 137 (1) of the Public Procurement Act. 1 No. 1-5 (optional) grounds for exclusion. Reference is made-all of it to the ESPD, where the applicant must state whether the applicant is excluded from participation for any of the reasons stated.

Declarations given otherwise than via the ESPD are not taken into account. If more applicants join a consortium, each applicant in the consortium must attach an individual ESPD. Safely an applicant is based on another's economic / financial form and / or teaknisk / fagformen, each of these must attach an individual ESPD.
