The object running of this procedure is a single market covering the following services:

The market subject of this procedure is a single market for the following services:
- servicestotal company: design of the project, construction and equipment,
- maintenance maintenance.
The purpose of the BLC project is to provide the infrastructure to accommodate the future tri-luggage.
The company will be in charge of appropriating the studies carried out, to complete them to finalize the design of the works, to carry out all the turnkey work-respecting the agreed deadlines and offer maintenance maintenance services for facilities and equipment.
The company will coordinate with extremely precise way with the integrator to provide the building owner a fully functional work.

Other information: The client organizes 2 visits to the execution site. The first visit of the execution site is obligatory and is fixed at 6.7.2018. The registration before this visit must take place before 2.7.2018, according to the administrative conditions, chapter 3.8.
Indication of the remedies: this invitation to tender being submitted to theGeneva Convention on Public Procurement (RSGE L 6 05.01), it may be appealed within 10 days of its publication in FAO at the Administrative Division of the Geneva Court of Justice, rue du Mont-Blanc 18, PO Box 1956, 1211 Geneva 1. The appeal must be filed in duplicate, refer to this invitation to tender and contain the conclusions duly motivated, with indication of the means of evidence and the signature of the appellant.
